Job Summary
An online real estate platform provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Security and Engineering Operations Technical Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead cross-team infrastructure software engineering programs in a matrixed organization
- Handle demand intake and assist with prioritizing work resulting from findings
- Work with engineering and partners to develop a roadmap, capacity and delivery planning for the team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ or more years of cloud computing experience
- Experience coordinating and providing guidance to teams and resources in a matrix environment
- 7+ years of engineering and Program Management experience related to the design and implementation of complex IT systems
- Experience working with technology and security leadership to articulate security and or compliance strategies and plans
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field in lieu of degree, additional years of hands-on experience may be substituted
- Proficiency in crafting and tracking complex development schedules, handling issues and bugs using industry standard tools
