Job Summary
A non-profit information technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Security Compliance Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Becoming fully conversant in our current security posture and existing security controls
- Analyzing and identifying key priority tasks to ensure we meet our strategic security compliance obligations
- Sketching out the framework of documentation requirements and define a strategic plan to address the priorities identified
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience within financial sector security governance, risk and compliance in a cloud based, agile environment
- Strong familiarity with risk management methodologies and common security control frameworks
- Ability to select, manage and operate the appropriate tooling in support of the security compliance program
- Security documentation and compliance review of policies, procedures, and standards
- Experience building/maintaining Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity plans
- Awareness of the evolving regulatory landscape within the blockchain industry
