Job Summary
An information technology advisory firm is seeking a Remote Senior Security Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading IT system security consultation within cloud-based environments
- Developing System Security Plans, Continuous Monitoring Plans, and Incident Response Plans in accordance with NIST requirements
- Providing direction for scheduling, project sequencing, and resource management
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-yr college or university) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-8 years of experience in either auditing or consulting
- 3-5 years of experience is acceptable with the right skill set
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical materials and issues into non-technical/layman terms
