Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Security Infrastructure and Applications Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Help drive security standards and best practices
- Advise and implement application, and infrastructure security strategy
- Perform breach, threat, and vulnerability analysis
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in Security Operations
- Experience configuring and running vulnerability scans
- Knowledge about exploits, vulnerabilities, network attacks, and threat intelligence
- Prior experience with IPS/IDS, SIEM, firewalls and proxies
- Familiarity with Linux
