Job Summary
A research and advisory firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Service and Support Customer Engagement Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as an authority on customer engagement strategies, specifically within a customer service and support context
- Remain ahead of the curve on developments within these specified areas, as well as applicable adjacent areas
- Develop and extend advice and frameworks through written research

- 12+ years of experience
- Expert knowledge of the Customer Service and Support function
- Stellar writing and presentation skills
- Strong communicator who can explain complex concepts both concisely and simply to senior executives
