Job Summary
A real estate technology startup company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Service and Tools Product Mortgage Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing the product vision and strategy for the Mortgage Service and Tools team
- Developing product roadmaps and building alignment across product teams and cross-functional partners
- Creating unique solutions for the Mortgage Service
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years experience recruiting and managing a diverse team of Product Manager
- 6+ years experience in a Product Manager role, preferably in mortgage, fintech, real estate or similarly regulated industries
- Ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, while building extensible and scalable solutions
- Track record of delivering measurable impact to end users while achieving business outcomes
- History of leading and inspiring teams across different functions of an organization
- Ability to create unique solutions for the Mortgage Service
