Job Summary

A bank is seeking a Remote Senior Service Asset and Configuration Management Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working within the Configuration Management Module and SAM Pro modules of ServiceNow
• Ensuring that the information defined in the CMDB and SAM Portfolio is consistent with information outlined
• Designing Software Asset and all of its components and processes

Required Skills:

• Understanding of ServiceNow and Software Asset concepts
• Willingness to define and document Business Service definitions with all relevant parties
• Good presentation and communications skills
• Self-driven and ability to work independently
• Flexible working hours to accommodate diverse geographic locations
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in Business, Information Management or a related field
