Job Summary

A cloud software company dedicated to powering social good is seeking a Remote Senior Service Delivery Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Resolve conflicts with strength, tact, and diplomacy
  • Communicate complex concepts and issues, selecting language, tone, and format perfectly targeted to the audience
  • Create, from scratch or plans, high-quality designs, or products

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to gather and analyze information and uses it to develop effective solutions to difficult problems or situations
  • Proven strong passion for and orientation towards providing a positive customer experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, establish credibility, respect, and confidence both internally and externally
  • Established experience with CRMs and the underlying relational databases
  • Proven strong understanding of fundraising, development, and campaign segmentation
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and pro-active quality control
