Job Summary
A nonprofit is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Service Delivery Operations and Program Management Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing program efficiency, instructional capacity development, and more
- Assessing the need for capacity improvement and employee development
- Overseeing the development of training programs for all service delivery administrative processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 30-50% of the time
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Human Resources/Training, or similar discipline
- Minimum 10 years' experience in service delivery, business operations, and process development and management
- Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience in service delivery, operations, or process management
- 3+ years' experience recruiting, interviewing and hiring professional, experienced business administration personnel
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics
