Job Summary

A telecommunications services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Service Delivery Project Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage the entire project
• Own the customer’s entire service delivery experience
• Guide and manage orders through the Implementation process

Required Skills:

• 2 year’s project management experience
• 5 years voice, data and/or internet industry experience
• Or any equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic computer, keyboard, and mouse utilization skills
• Basic skills with internal order database management systems, MS Word and MS Excel
• Understanding of voice, data, and internet customer application requirements
