Job Summary

A title and escrow provider is filling a position for a Remote Senior Service Desk Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Adapting to new situations and learn quickly
  • Meeting and exceeding SLA standards: close tickets in a timely manner while upholding customer service standards
  • Anticipating and proactively responding to customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • CCNA, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Expert required
  • Excellent oral communications skills in a telephone-centric customer service setting.
  • Azure / Microsoft 365 Certification or obtain within three months
  • ITIL Foundation or obtain within three months
