Job Summary
A title and escrow provider is filling a position for a Remote Senior Service Desk Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Adapting to new situations and learn quickly
- Meeting and exceeding SLA standards: close tickets in a timely manner while upholding customer service standards
- Anticipating and proactively responding to customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- CCNA, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Expert required
- Excellent oral communications skills in a telephone-centric customer service setting.
- Azure / Microsoft 365 Certification or obtain within three months
- ITIL Foundation or obtain within three months
