Job Summary

A cloud communications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery Module Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring and maintaining a strong partnership with IT on the overall ServiceNow platform
  • Keeping current on new HRSD releases
  • Documenting and evaluating end-user requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation or development experience
  • 2+ years HRSD hands on experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow HR System Architecture
  • Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS and JSON
  • Understanding of ITIL concepts
