Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Senior Short Term Disability Claims Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with escalated claims to resolve complex issues for team members and internal customers
• Supporting implementation of updates to the current procedures and assist with new system training
• Reviewing guidelines as well as benefit plan documents and certificates

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or higher or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of Short-Term Disability Claims experience
• 3+ year of experience in a related environment using phones and computers as the primary job tools
• Proficiency with computers and Windows PC applications
• Ability to work full-time Monday – Friday between 9:00am – 4:00pm EST
