Remote Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
A content delivery network, cybersecurity, and cloud service company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Site Reliability Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Deploying, managing, and operating scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on the Zero Trust Cloud Platform
- Analyzing and improving the security, stability, speed, and capacity of Zero Trust production network
- Automating new cloud service deployments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have 3-5 years of experience and a bachelors degree in computer science or related field
- Have experience working on Linux and large-scale cloud-based Infrastructures such as AWS
- Have an experience with Linux containers solutions and orchestration such as Dockers, Kubernetes
- Have a deep understanding of TCP/IP as well as HTTP/S and related web technologies
- Demonstrate experience in configuring and maintaining load balancers, Nginx/Apache proxies and common infrastructure
- Have experience scripting/coding in Python/bash or another language
