A cybersecurity company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Site Reliability Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading a great team of emerging SREs, providing vision and strategic leadership
• Fostering the adoption of software and systems engineering within the team
• Owning all infrastructure for the platform

Required Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience managing technical teams, ideally infrastructure-focused
• Excellent leadership and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proven record managing agile projects
• A proven track record for building great and diverse teams
• Strong technical background in software and systems engineering
• Change agent, with the ability to skillfully and strategically implement the SRE vision
