Job Summary
A company that develops an employment and social technology platform is seeking a Remote Senior Social Technology Product Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own projects that balance customer insights, vision, craft, speed, and business impact
- Uphold and inspire a high level of design execution throughout the team
- Evolve our design systems & processes intentionally as we scale balancing our current and future needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of experience
- Well-rounded skills and experience to run projects independently end to end
- Experience using various research methods to understand the needs of users
- Understand how to tell stories using both words and visuals, and strategize the best ways to drive alignment
- Ability to value working cross-functionally with project management, engineering, research and data
- Ability to be comfortable in a fast paced, iterative, experimental, and data driven environment
