Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating SaaS master subscription agreements
• Providing legal and business advice to the organization
• Ensuring that all contracts are consistent with internal corporate policies

Required Skills:

• 12 + years combined experience (law firm and in-house legal department experience)
• Active license to practice law in one of the 50 U.S. states
• Law Degree from an accredited institution
• Proven track record of identifying, creating, and implementing contract process improvement
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
• Experience with state, federal, and international data privacy and security laws
