Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Senior Software Business Systems Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Gathering requirements for existing and new policies
- Identifying and resolving strategic initiatives
- Recommending systems improvements, policy streamlining and simplification
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of work experience as a business systems analyst or similar
- Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills
- Excellent analytic, presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Excellent prioritization skills with capacity to collaborate cross functionally in a matrixed organization
- Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- An understanding of sales principles, marketing campaigns and customer service practices
