Job Summary
A software and application quality company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Software Community Manager.
Must be able to:
- Work with multiple internal teams to help identify, recruit and match testers with the specific needs of our customers
- Manage large contingents of testers, including vetting, onboarding and support of all participants
- Interact with our Community via our forums, blogs, newsletters, and social media
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5-10 years experience in recruiting, community management, project management or digital marketing
- Experience recruiting and staffing projects requiring hundreds of qualified participants
- Ability to logically break down and prioritize issues based off of urgency and severity and to prioritize accordingly
