Job Summary

A software and technology development company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Software Customer Success Director.

Must be able to:

  • Deliver on the customer life cycle
  • Establish and carry out strategies to ensure customer success
  • Deliver on Geo renewal rates

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 10+ years in a leadership/management role leading high-performance global front-office teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology or any analytical discipline
  • Deep financial and operational understanding of value drivers
  • Experience and tenacity to manage transformational change
  • Executive leadership of a large customer success SaaS or infrastructure organization
