Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Senior Software Customer Success Engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing daily technical troubleshooting and best practices as the subject-matter expert on our platform
  • Teaming up with the post-sales organization to onboard and support our growing customer base
  • Advocating customer needs cross-departmentally

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and interest in working with customers onsite and remotely
  • Experience implementing and/or troubleshooting software solutions for customers
  • 5 years experience deploying and/or supporting enterprise software
  • Significant experience working with Linux OS
  • BS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot networking issues that may prevent communication between different components
