Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Software Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Partner with a portfolio of the company's key customers
- Understand their performance management strategy
- Develop an extensive working knowledge of the company's products and services
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or another client-facing role
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of SaaS products and the SaaS industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and/or Gainsight
