A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Software Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Partner with a portfolio of the company's key customers
  • Understand their performance management strategy
  • Develop an extensive working knowledge of the company's products and services

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or another client-facing role
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of SaaS products and the SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and/or Gainsight
