A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Software Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Align, track and evolve customer business goals

Position Requirements Include:

  • Flexibility to travel (approximately 20%)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 + years experience in customer success or the Media & Entertainment industry
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
