A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Software Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and executing the customer's onboarding process
  • Managing your portfolio of customers
  • Operating as a seasoned business partner to your customer and their delivery team by knowing their strategy and plan

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • 5+ years building and managing customer relationships
  • Proven history of keeping customers focused on their desired business outcomes throughout their initiatives
  • Conceptual understanding of the following finance processes: Financial Close, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting
