Job Summary

A financial services and technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Software Data Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Designing and building user-friendly data platforms upon which data scientists can easily test and deploy models to production
Scoping, designing and building tools for internal users to increase their efficiency ten-fold
Improving and maintaining data platform uptime

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Experience with data pipelines and data warehousing, such as Big Query and Snowflake
Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with software engineering development cycles
Experience working with backend programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Python)
4+ years total data engineering experience
Ability to design and implement customer facing data services and products from end to end
