Job Summary
A health technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Software Design Quality Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Validating key design inputs per usability, reliability, performance, supportability,and manufacturability
- Act as a single point of contact responsible to ensure quality compliance and reach milestones
- Producing and completing Quality Engineering documents under direct supervision.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
- Experience developing/supporting software as a medical device (SaMD) required
- A minimum of 4 years experience in Design Quality Engineering in Medical Device
- Experience with Agile methodology preferred
- Safety Risk Management/FMEA/ Root Cause Analysis/ Problem solving
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
