Job Summary
An Internet domain registrar and web hosting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Software Development Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Writing great code and creating unit and integration tests that prove it
- Participating in planning, architectural discussion, implementation, and maintenance of a client and server side platform enabling personalized interactions with customers
- Performing code reviews and participating in suggesting and supporting coding best practices
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience working with highly agile development teams
- Experience working with cloud-native architectures
- Experience with and are capable of creating performant RESTful APIs to power web applications
- Demonstrated strong understanding of JavaScript (client and server)
- Demonstrated strong understanding of the fundamentals of core back-end technologies and distributed architectures
- Proven strong understanding of git and git-based workflows
