Job Summary
A software development firm is seeking a Remote Senior Software Development Engineering Vice President Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working in close collaboration with the CTO to define and execute the technical strategy, architecture, and standards
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship across the engineering team
- Evaluating and recommending new technologies, frameworks, and platforms
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to work closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with product roadmaps
- Ability to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the company's systems and applications
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement across the engineering organization
- Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Customer Success, Sales, external partners, customers, and vendors
