Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Software Development Financial Accountant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist FP&A with explaining budget v. actual variances
- Analyze monthly vendor spend to ensure appropriate expense cut-off
- Manage various financial statement cycles for SOX
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Accounting degree from college or university
- 4-5 years of professional experience in accounting
- CPA or planned path to obtain CPA license
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong oral and written skills and the ability to communicate
