Job Summary

A software development firm has a current position open for a Remote Senior Software Development Implementation Engineering Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Evaluating associates on performance and completing quarterly and annual performance reviews
• Working in collaboration with associate to establish individual development plans and goals
• Participating in strategic initiatives, stretch assignments and collaboration opportunities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 5 years + customer facing implementation project management or engineering experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
• Leadership experience in implementation engineering or management
• Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service skills
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external customers verbally and in writing
