Job Summary
A software development firm has a current position open for a Remote Senior Software Development Implementation Engineering Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Evaluating associates on performance and completing quarterly and annual performance reviews
- Working in collaboration with associate to establish individual development plans and goals
- Participating in strategic initiatives, stretch assignments and collaboration opportunities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 years + customer facing implementation project management or engineering experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
- Leadership experience in implementation engineering or management
- Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service skills
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external customers verbally and in writing
