Job Summary

A reverse mortgage provider has an open position for a Remote Senior Software Development Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working closely with PMO/BSA to understand user stories prior to refinement
  • Managing and helping guide the development teams
  • Providing high-level sizing and technical insights during backlog grooming

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BS, EE or CS degree required
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Application Development
  • Experience in building DevOps, Agile, and continuous integration development culture
  • A proven track record of successfully leading software and web development projects
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of Software developers
  • Minimum of 10 Years of experience developing applications using Visual Studio, SQL, TSQL, C#, VB.NET, WPF, MVC and Python languages
