Must be able to:

Build multiple teams of development engineers
Define, drive and execute this vision

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 7 years of software development and a similar amount in software management experience
Experience with managing and building multiple teams simultaneously
