Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Software Development Tax Manager.
Must be able to:
- Prepare the annual and quarterly tax provision and memo
- Prepare or manage business, property, and sales and use tax filings
- Prepare financial statement disclosures in accordance with ASC 740
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- CPA license and/or degree in an accounting discipline
- 10+ years of tax management experience
- Experience in preparing and reviewing US tax provisions and returns
- Strong knowledge with U.S. federal, state, and local reporting requirements
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP tax accounting (ASC 740)
- Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance, and procedures for corporations
