Remote Senior Software Development Tax Manager

Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Software Development Tax Manager.

Must be able to:

• Prepare the annual and quarterly tax provision and memo
• Prepare or manage business, property, and sales and use tax filings
• Prepare financial statement disclosures in accordance with ASC 740

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• CPA license and/or degree in an accounting discipline
• 10+ years of tax management experience
• Experience in preparing and reviewing US tax provisions and returns
• Strong knowledge with U.S. federal, state, and local reporting requirements
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP tax accounting (ASC 740)
• Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance, and procedures for corporations
