Job Summary
A non-profit IT women's organization has a current position open for a Remote Senior Software Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design, architect, plan, develop and maintain multiple web sites, applications and system integrations
- Work collaboratively with leadership and staff to elicit requirements and define and document solutions
- Clearly communicate technical challenges and options for approaches, and negotiate with stakeholders towards final design
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
- At least five years’ experience as a professional software developer
- Experience with Drupal (7 and 8) or another PHP framework/CMS
- Mastery of web fundamentals, like HTML/CSS, strong knowledge of Javascript
- Strong working knowledge of PHP and SQL
- All other requirements necessary for this position
