An IT company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Software Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Determining clear short and long term priorities for the engineering team
- Identifying gaps and risks in our engineering processes, and finding ways to reduce them
- Adding resources and people to distributed engineering organization
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior experience managing a remote team
