Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Senior Software Engineer in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Understanding business needs, designing effective solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery
- Onboarding on the platforms and recommend best practices in implementations
- Building large scale and low latency distributed systems
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of experience working as an application developer
- Proven experience with web frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Elixir and micro-services
- Solid understanding of Computer Science concepts, including data structures, OOO design, and concurrency
- Working experience with SQL databases such as MySQL or Postgres
- Must be extremely detail orientated and have excellent communication skills
- Curiosity and passion for algorithm design
