Job Summary

A general-interest daily web publication is filling a position for a Remote Senior Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Scaling an application vertically as we onboard clients
  • Scaling an application horizontally as we evaluate and implement new technologies
  • Building and maintaining an API for clients

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Five to seven years’ work experience
  • Extensive experience with PHP and Laravel
  • Fluency with a wide range of AWS services
  • Experience with CDN strategies
  • Experience with payment platforms
  • Working knowledge of software design concepts
