A medical software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, implementing, and testing new document features and bug fixes
- Solving scaling problems as the storage system grows and add support for new cloud environments
- Supporting DevOps on release automation, autoscaling, monitoring, and integration
Qualifications for this position include:
- Industry experience with full stack architecture and distributed systems
- Solid knowledge of Java or Scala, JVM environment, Linux, SAAS technologies
- Familiar with databases (like Postgres) and in-memory caches (like Redis)
- Industry experience with high performance/throughput data processing
- Fluency in English, excellent communication skills, plus experience with distributed teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and good understanding of performance analysis
