Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design and implement applications and services supporting enterprise infrastructure
  • Integrate with CI/CD, Kubernetes, VMs, data platforms, networking and storage
  • Implement industry-wide best practices around micro-service development

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Engineering degree, related technical discipline or equivalent work experience
  • A solid foundation in object-oriented and cloud native design
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React or Vue.js)
  • Experience in writing HTTP services in higher-level languages (e.g. Java/Spring, Go)
  • Experience with relational and document databases (e.g. MySql, MongoDB)
  • Experience learning new open source software, APIs and frameworks
