Job Summary

A financial technology comapny is seeking a Remote Senior Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and maintaining complex contact center systems using VXML, JavaScript, Java/J2EE, and IVR tools
  • Conducting team meetings and discussions to create and present IVR Solution Design
  • Engaging with system users and business analysts to identify system enhancements

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor of Science in computer science or a related technical field
  • 10+ years' experience as IVR application Developer
  • 5+ years of Experience in CTI integration with salesforce or any other CRM systems
  • Proven track record of identifying largest risk areas and driving issue resolution
