Job Summary

A mass media corporation has an open position for a Remote Senior Software Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Build systems in modern technologies
  • Work with all parts of the stack and learn new skills
  • Contribute to iteration on internal team processes and norms

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years developing software using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, NextJS, or Node/Express
  • Familiarity with one or more backend languages and frameworks
  • Experience in frontend web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web performance, accessibility)
  • Experience working with APIs on either the frontend or backend
  • Familiarity with one or more persistence technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Firebase)
