Job Summary
A genetic testing and diagnostics company has an open position for a Remote Senior Software Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform code reviews and mentor the development team with best practices
- Work closely with the architecture team and drive the complex system design
- Make key design and technical implementation on the complex system and help guide engineering vision
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS degree in computer science, comparable program, or equivalent
- 7+ years of overall software development experience
- Experience with software development lifecycle process
- Experience with object-oriented programming in Java
- Experience with micro-service enterprise architecture, cross-platform integration
- Strong relational database skills including database design and optimization
