Remote Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Software Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Writing unit/functional/integration and/or acceptance tests to ensure the quality of what is being released
- Identifying and proposing solutions to tough problems and collaborate with your team on finding successful outcomes
- Collaborating within your team and participate in opportunities
Required Skills:
- MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL skills
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD)
- Understanding of what are breaking changes
- Feature flagging practices or other zero downtime release strategies
- Python and Python-based frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, etc experience
