Remote Senior Software Engineer II Lead
Job Summary
A content delivery network and cloud service provider has an open position for a Remote Senior Software Engineer II Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing automated solutions for deploying remote virtual development environments
- Leading and developing a team through hiring, training, coaching and mentoring
- Collaborating with architects and SME's on building solutions that increase the speed and confidence in which they ship products
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have 8 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in work experience
- Possess mastery of infrastructure and configuration management automation tools
- Have professional experience in a Site Reliability, Development, or Systems engineering role
- Have experience designing, deploying and running mission-critical Linux Servers and VMs at scale
- Have the ability to discuss abstract software architectures from ideas through implementation
