Job Summary

A global healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Senior Software Engineer in Eden Prairie.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Contributing to all phases of DevOps engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development, testing and documentation
  • Assisting with building and maintaining geographic data assets from disparate sources through ETL and automation
  • Making accurate development effort estimates to assist management in project and resource planning

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Undergraduate degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of full stack development including deployment pipelines
  • Solid technical and infrastructure platform engineering knowledge with Python, TerraForm, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Experience with REST API software engineering frameworks, e.g. Spring, Django, Flask
  • Experience applying geospatial analytics in the private sector to solve commercial business problems
  • Experience with “Testing, CI/CD, QA automation”
