An online brokerage firm is seeking a Remote Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and develop new services, unit tests, and automation tools
- Be a driver of innovation, technical thought leader, and mentor to senior engineers
- Work in a cross-functional team in a fast-paced DevOps environment
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Mathematics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience leading high performance teams
- Demonstrated technical leadership as a team member in a hands-on role
- Willingness to carry out continual in-depth training and mentoring of staff
- Experience as a lead developer, making design decisions
