Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Senior Software Engineering and Operations Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Run a world-class software engineering organization
- Run operations across a variety of disciplines
- Hire, coach, and manage 5-15 VP level executives
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- 15+ years engineering experience in a leadership role managing multiple teams
- Proven track record of running a software organization of at least 250 persons during the last 3 years
- Leverage past technical expertise in software development and quality assurance
- Spent at least 5 years in a hands-on software coding and architecture role
- Must meet all other listed company requirements
