Job Summary

A tax preparation company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Software Engineering Developer 1.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting, Building, and Delivering distributed software
  • Implementing, automating, and executing test approaches
  • Identifying and delivering improvements to our platforms and processes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Proficiency using Splunk (or similar tools) to troubleshoot and support issues
  • Experience in monitoring, performance optimization and DB tuning
  • Experience in software design and object-oriented programming using C#
  • Knowledge of HTML 5, CSS and JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or React.js
  • Working knowledge of C#, web services and MS SQL Server
  • Experience with cloud-based software development. Exposure to either AWS or Azure
