Job Summary

A global technology company specializing in cloud-based communication solutions is seeking a Remote Senior Software Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Be the technology leader for the company's Cross-Channel team
  • Own the product development lifecycle including development, automation, QA, CI, DevOps and production operations
  • Manage, lead, coach and hire a highly-talented engineering team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience working asynchronously on a remote, distributed team
  • 10+ years experience in software development
  • 5+ years experience leading, recruiting and managing software development teams
  • Experience building teams and motivating them
  • Good understanding of various platforms and technologies (AWS, Java, Python)
