An information technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Software Engineering Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build, coach, mentor and grow a cross functional team of exceptional engineers
- Set a bar for technical excellence in product development
- Lead the team in driving and implementing projects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BS CS/EE or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years in a technical leadership role
- Excellent technical acumen in building distributed systems
- Experience hiring, training, and mentoring high performing engineers
- Experience building and cultivating strong engineering practices and processes
- Experience interfacing directly with customers and/or a community of product users
